Welcome to Casa Sole: Your Private Paradise in Le Marche! Here you will find peace, privacy and beautiful views. Because of the separate dependance that can be rented, it is ideal for 2 families and groups of friends . The spacious garden includes several seating areas and a fenced swimming pool with sun beds.

The villa is located in the countryside between the rolling hills and fields characteristic of the Le Marche region.

The complex comprises two separate buildings, the main building and the dependance (can be rented separately ), making it the ideal choice for two families who want to holiday together, while still retaining their own privacy.

Layout

The main building radiates warmth and comfort with its spacious kitchen/diner of 35 m2, which opens onto an attractive veranda and a lush garden. The cozy living room of 32 m2, with comfortable seating and a fireplace, invites you to spend relaxing evenings. A spacious staircase leads to two spacious bedrooms (19 m2 and 17 m2 respectively) and a well-equipped bathroom. This house is suitable for a maximum of 4 people .

The dependance is an independent house with a cozy room of 26 m2, complete with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. On the first floor you will find a cozy double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Please note: use of this outbuilding is not included in the rental price, please inquire about the options and costs. The dependance is suitable for a maximum of 2+2 people .

Equipment

The villa has all the amenities you could wish for, including wireless internet and TV with Chromecast in both homes. A cot and high chair are available as standard for the little ones.

Location

The villa is located in the countryside, close to the charming village of Cessapalombo. Thanks to its convenient location near the SS77 highway, both the mountains and the beach are quickly accessible. In the vicinity you will find cities such as Tolentino, San Severino Marche and Camerino.

For lovers of nature activities, there are numerous walking and cycling opportunities, while the surrounding villages invite you to delicious local Italian meals in attractive restaurants.

Environment

Attractions such as the Caves of Frassasi, Lake Fiastra, Lame Rosse and the beaches of the Adriatic coast are within a maximum 1-hour drive.

Peace and privacy are guaranteed, thanks to the villa's secluded location amid the enchanting hills and lush fields of Le Marche. Several terraces and seating areas in the garden invite you to relax and admire the breathtaking view. The swimming pool is safely fenced, so you can enjoy cooling off worry-free during the hot summer days.

Particularities

The outbuilding can be rented separately, ask us about the costs. Cleaning costs are €125 per stay, a deposit of €300 is due. €75 per week will be charged for use of the heating.
