Elite Marche is our company, we are Paul van der Heijden and Wendy Lievaart, owners of Agriturismo Case Leonori in Treia. We have been successfully running our agriturismo for a number of years and have built up a great knowledge of the tourist and real estate market in Le Marche.
As a result of cooperation with an Italian real estate agent, there is a lot of contact with owners of villas in Le Marche and this is how the idea was born to rent out holiday homes, to completely unburden the owners and to let the guests experience a fantastic holiday.
Because we live permanently in Le Marche, we can fulfill this promise like no other!
