Apartment Carina

Carina is a cozy apartment with swimming pool for up to 4 people, with 1 bedroom, a living room with sofa/bunk bed (depending on the number of people) and dining table, a kitchen and bathroom. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. Directly in front of the apartment is a private terrace under a beautiful pergola that provides shade and cooling.

The apartment is part of a beautiful Agriturismo with 4 apartments in total, immersed in the hills and greenery of Le Marche, just 7 kilometers from the historic town of Treia.

The agriturismo offers a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the valley, a playground with trampoline and table tennis table and numerous activities in high season (welcome aperitivo, Italian dinner, pizza evening, E-MTB tours and more).

Environment

The agriturismo is located near the picturesque town of Treia , at an altitude of 500 meters. From the agriturismo you can visit various authentic villages and towns in the immediate vicinity, such as Macerata, Loreto, Recanati, San Severino Marche and Cingoli. Hikers can enjoy the Sibillini Mountains, several lakes, or head straight from the site into the hills and forests.

A day at the beach is possible in various seaside resorts about a 45-minute drive away, for example in Porto Recanati with a fine pebble beach, pleasant shopping street and Mediterranean boulevard. At Monte Conero, the beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Numana are a 60-minute drive away.

There is also plenty to do for the children, the Aquapark Eldorada in Cingoli is just a 30-minute drive away and they can also climb between the trees in an adventure park. The beautiful, famous caves of Frasassi are also worth a day visit (60 minutes' drive). In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a good glass of wine.
